Dark at night I shine

Alone I'm alive

Dark underneath I shine

Bright as stars I remain

Like a table mountain

High as clouds I become

Untouchable as it sounds

Indeed I am truly

I'm super human at night

I don't sleep at all

I know it's crazy but true.

Don't ask me I won't respond

All I know dark at night

My dreams are alive

Like insect's they persist

All I care about is me

At night I pray and sing

It's all I have to bring hope

My broken smile under sheets

As a bird I can fight
